We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Original receipt or order number is required
- Items on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return
How to Return
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
2. Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you for drop-off.
3. Once received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Intimate apparel, earrings (for hygiene), custom-made products, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
